Hi there, I'm Dena.  I was quite the ugly duckling when I came into rescue, but I have turned into a beautiful swan.  My skin problems are almost completely healed and it turns out I have a beautiful, shiny coat.  Now that I'm healthy, my pretty cropped ears are even starting to stand.  My hobbies include running laps around the yard until I tire myself out, playing with chew toys and cuddling with you on the couch once I'm tired.  My best friend is a Chihuahua and we love to play games together.

I am still a pup, so it would be best if I went to an owner who understands that I still have a lot of energy.  I am housebroken and crate trained.  I love playing with other dogs, but I'm a little too curious when it comes to cats.  I can run like the wind and love playing in the yard, so a fenced yard is a must.

Midwest Doberman Rescue requires year around heartworm protection for our animals in your care. Midwest Doberman Rescue will contact your veterinarian periodically to confirm that your dog is receiving heartworm preventative and required health care.
