Hi! My name is Heather. I was picked up as a stray along with my friend Danica. There are a couple of pictures of us in doggy jail. I am the one wearing the purple collar. Danica is wearing the blue collar. When we first arrived we had little socialization. So many things in the world were completely foreign to us. HOWEVER, my foster parents are very dog savvy. My foster brother Tango has been teaching me so many new things the past 2 months. People who see me now say I am a new Dobie. We continue to make more progress each day. I am now able to attend adoption events and make new friends. The kind people at Baronwood Kennels put us up in their penthouse suites until there were some foster home openings for us. We are in foster care now and will be attending more events in the future so stop by and meet us!
NOTE:
A secure fenced in yard is required. A representative of Midwest Doberman Rescue will conduct a home visit for before any adoptions are made. Midwest Doberman Rescue requires year around heartworm protection for our animals in your care. Midwest Doberman Rescue will contact your veterinarian periodically to confirm that your dog is receiving heartworm preventative and required health care. Adoptions only made to homes within a 100 mile radius of the St. Louis metropolitan area. No adoptions to homes with children under 8 years of age.
